Anquetil at the old power and weight level was a great steady pace bot. I think it was about 65kg and 4.2w/kg steady.
Now the Constance bot is 4.2w/kg and 315w and uphill at 4.6w/kg which is a bit too high a jump, people end up smashing 5.5w/kg or 6.0w/kg to avoid getting dropped uphill. (I watched that this morning).
