Changed group category

I have more than 3 races where I achieved >2.7w/kg and >150wats (having the 95%) during 20mins (FTP) in the last 2 months, and my profile didn’t change to category C. It says category D in the general. What is wrong?

I cant see any of your events exceeding 150 watts avg since April.

I understood that the last 3 events (during the las 3 months), if the 95% of the FTP (20min) is >2.5w/kg or it is >150w in same FTP period during races is taken to determine the category.

For mixed (where you are currently C) two conditions (not one) must be satisfied to auto-Cat up - 95% of 20min average > 2.5w/kg for the event AND >150watts

For Women you are C already so your next threshold is 3.2w/kg to go to B (and no watts requirement).

But my profile says I am category D (Mixed).

Sorry, typo in my post which I corrected.

The point stands, you have to have 3 events higher than 95% of 20min AND 150 watts to progress to Mixed Cat C. You satisfy the 95% of 20min but you dont satisfy the “AND > 150 watts” requirement.

Thus, the 150watts should to be during the complete race, or just during 20min?

It’s the events 20min watts power.

Click the Watts button on your event list like below …

Then once you apply 95% calc to them, they will correlate with your 3 best event numbers …

You can still race in mixed C (or even A), it’s minimum category after all.

I have reached the 150w, look :eyes:

Now take 95% of those watts you highlighted like I suggested above

Thanks so much for taking the time to explain it to me. So, the 95% should be applied to both FTP (w/kg) and watts. I got it!
