Catch up workouts

Hi all, I am 4/8 through the 19ZA and picked up a bug from the kids. No riding for a few days.
I missed the 5th session and likely the 6th. Will there be catch up days?
If I do the workout via the training menu, will it still be credited to my progression?

I missed no1 due to racing commitments . I worked of event module and is showing on Za 19
Right behind so will do this again

Do them whenever you choose in the workout menu . They count .

I hope you feel better soon! You can finish the workouts on your own at any time. However, if you would like to finish them as a group workout, you can do the 5th session at the end of the month on the 29th & 30th, and the 6th session on the 31st or 1st of next month. I don’t have the exact times, but we do know you will have that opportunity again.

As mentioned above just go into your workout menu on entry to the game and search for the ZA 2019 workouts and select the one/s that you need to complete.
