Cant upgrade from free trial

Hi All,
I had an old account that i haven’t used in years,
I have just started using zwift again and it put me on the 25km free trial,
I completed this and hit the upgrade now button and it had my PayPal info saved so i clicked the upgrade button,
I get a “an error has occurred while creating your subscription, please verify the information needed.”

I don’t have two step authentication on PayPal but i also can’t change payment method or account on my profile the tab is not there.
Any help would be great

Hi @Dayne_Fuge, I think you should contact support and get in the queue. Are you using the same email address as your old account?

Same zwift email and same PayPal email then i tried a new PayPal email so they are both the same and still no luck.
