Can't reactivate account on iPad

Hi - I have recently reactivated my account through the Zwift website to pay monthly through direct debit. However, when I log in to the app on my iPad and click “Reactivate Membership” I just get a continual activation error and so can’t use the app out of test membership.

I have contacted Zwift support - they’re not getting back to me! - anyone any idea how I can get this activated on my iPad? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail so am now stuck.

Btw, it is fine on my Android phone - it just seems the iPad won’t pick up the fact that my account is now active.

is it possible you have the wrong email/account info on the ipad and it isn’t pulling the correct user information?
