I just received my Ride and KICKR Core. I seem to be having a lot of difficulty in fitting adapter C onto the drive side of the Core. Attached is an image of the Core’s drive side and adapter C. Is that correct. The adapter doesn’t slot in at all. People have mentioned having a v2 Cog being shipped but I don’t seem to have one.
Am I just being stupid or doing something daft? Any ideas/suggestions?

Hmm, interesting. It doesn’t look like there is room for the dropouts to hang on to anything though - like this taken from the Zwift fitting video. There is nothing sticking out on the drive side.
DO you think I should be removing whatever is in there?
So I have taken the inner adapter out of the cog (1) and here it is alongside Adapter C (2). The adapter does fit over the top of the other adapter, so maybe I just need to push Adapter C harder when trying to put it into the cog.
Yeah I’m a dumbass - just pressed much harder and it clicked in.

Having read the number of posts of people having problems with the Ride, Kickr, and Cog combo - you are the first to come back with a solution to your issue - which might just be the solution for others (and you never know - “just push harder” may be the missing instruction in Zwift’s instructions).
