Can't connect the turbotrainer to MacBook after latest update


Today after the latest update, I cannot connect my Tacx Vortex to my MacBook Pro 2013 anymore. Last week it worked flawlessly but it won’t connect anymore. I always used the build-in Bluetooth and up till now it connected flawlessly.

The tacx app as well as the Zwift iPad app is connecting fine.

Anyone else encountering this problem?

We’ve seen this with a few people - try zapping the PRAM on the Mac:

  1. Shut down your machine. Yes, all the way down, not sleep or logging out.
  2. Press the power button and then press command-option-p-r. …
  3. Hold those keys down until your Mac reboots again and you here the startup chime.
  4. Let go of the keys and let your Mac reboot normally.
