I had the same thing with same work out Explosive 30’s.
I’ve sent a mail to support along with various screenshots, hopefully they will resolve the issue. I’m doing the last workout in the challenge later today:grin:
I did the At/Over/Under workout earlier today , and I had the same result - no credit for the workout even though everything else reflects that I’ve completed the workout. I guess I’ll be sending off another mail to Zwift support in the morning
Hey everyone, thanks for the reports. We had an issue from Friday till Monday that was causing some users to not have progression tracked on our challenges. This has now been resolved and we’ve retroactively fixed missing progression. No action needed on your part except to log out of Zwift and log back in. Hope you’ve all been enjoying the challenges!
I just got credit for completing a sprinting workout over the weekend by logging out and back in, but didn’t get the bonus XP for completing the final workout in the challenge.
Looks like the issue has been resolved, the Zwift App now shows that I’ve completed the workout. Happy days, cheers.
I submitted the mails to Zwift support along with some screenshots, showing that I completed the route. Today when I logged on , I see that I’ve been given he credit for doing the workouts. Thank you support , now into the next mini challenge
Mine too solved - got the credits a day later.

Did you go to the challenge “screen” again? I was doubting the same but when entered to that screen or menu again the XP was given together with nice animation
I saw the graphic saying I was awarded 1000xp but wasn’t actually given the XP. Easy to tell since I was less than 1000xp to level up
Oh! Then it’s weird and actually I can’t either say for sure that those XP’s have actually been added for me:see_no_evil: Just saw what I saw and trusted the process
