another thing to check, is the battery dead in the little InRide sensor on the back of the trainer?

Hello guys it worked. I shutdown every device at home and only used the phone with the kinetic app and it worked. Then I turn off the phone and turn on the pc for swift and everything worked perfectly.

i am experiencing the same issue. everything is connected like i have done a 100 times before but now no watts registered by zwift. I use a kicker snap
