Cannot register for TdZ 2023

I’m trying to register for TdZ on the zwift website.

When I click on Register Now, I get this error:

Your profile is not eligible for registration, please update your info in profile to continue.

There’s no obvious gaps in my profile, and I’ve ridden TdZ for the last few years.

Looking at the HTTP request in Chrome’s Dev tools, there’s a 503 error returned for some URLs:

Did you try using the companion app?

Thanks - it wasn’t working on the companion app at that time, but it’s working on the app and website now

There were server (capacity?) problems earlier. Could be you were hitting those.
