Cannot print shipping label

Hi there
I purchased a Zwift bike but i now want to return it. I have gone through the return process but when I want to create a shipping label I get a message that something went wrong. I have had several attempts at this but nothing works. How do I sent my items back?

Email support@zwift.com and wait for them to get back to you. Don’t be tempted to send follow-up emails if you don’t hear back straight away since that will put you further back in the queue.
