Cannot find rides

Hi

On a free trial but struggling. Done a couple of rides and really hard ftp test. Cannot find them anywhere. Definitely saved them. Not on Zwift app, companion app or Zwift/feed.

Are rides saved externally on a server? Or just on device?

Have you got to use companion app to save rides done on Zwift app? At same time?

Any help appreciated. Hoping customer service can help before trial expires on 13th.

Like Zwift but ROUVY just works.

What is your Zwift setup? And on what device(s) are you running Zwift?

I did not have companion app

FTP test saved to Strava, just no sign of it anywhere on Zwift thanks

Just checked, all 3 Zwift rides uploaded to strava, cannot find anywhere on Zwift.

I can see people I follow rides on companion app but not mine under just me.

make sure you are looking on the companion app, not in the game itself. Sounds like you can see other followers activities on the companion app so you must be in the right place. Could you have possibly set up 2 different accounts with different email addresses? There are a bunch of ā€œMike Hankā€™sā€ under find Zwifters when I look up your name.

@Mike_Rowe1 is correct, you have set up two accounts. When you go into Companion App I assume it is logging you in directly, no need to sign in or password? And you activity is blank.
Mike is also correct that to set up two accounts you must have used either a different email or a different password. [Edit - you canā€™t use the same email for different accounts]
When in Companion App you need to go into Settings (via More or ā€¦ in bottom right of screen) and log out. Then when you go back in again it will ask you to sign in again and enter password. If you ever use different emails or passwords or add something to the end of an existing password you will need to keep logging out and in again trying various options.

You could also try the ā€˜forgotten passwordā€™ option and reset the password.
