Anyone experiencing issues with not being able to update weight, FTP, or Max HR on their tablet? I have no problem adjusting these on my iPhone.

Yes. The keyboard doesn’t pop up, so there’s no way to change the values. (I’m on iPadOS; I have no idea if the same thing is happening on Android devices. I just checked on ATV, and it works there, so it seems like something specific to tablets, maybe? I don’t have Zwift on a phone, so I can’t check that.)
Just checked on my mobile, android will bring up the keyboard for the max hr/ftp fields.

For both of you: do you use an external keyboard with your iPad, or are you talking about the native software keyboard?
Hi! Yes I’m experiencing the same issue. The keyboard does not automatically open. I click inside the box and nothing happens. Also I don’t use an external keyboard.
I was able to use my iPhone to make the change. After that I opened the app on my tablet and saw the changes were made.

We noticed your iPad is running OS18.7.7. Does it support an update to OS26? Wondering if that makes a difference?
Strange you’re seeing that. I just opened the settings and it says my iPadOS Version is 26.4.1.
@shooj no external keyboard, just the native pop-up keyboard.
Just checked my iPad and I have this issue too. I do have an external keyboard and that has always had issues because the input box text disappears as soon as you give one focus with the external keyboard, so to update your FTP it’s much easier to disconnect the external keyboard. Usually that works fine, but at the moment, when I disconnect the external keyboard to update FTP the software keyboard does not appear. There was an OS update pending (26.4.1), I updated to this and the issue was still there.
Been off the bike for a few weeks and want to adjust my ftp - but when I click inside the box, my keyboard doesn’t come up so I can change it. Any ideas?
Gonna guess you are on iPad correct? It seems a bunch of folks having this issue if that is the case.

You can also change it on the website, it on another device (like Apple TV), if you want.

Strike that. An issue was discovered yesterday. We’re aiming for the following release cycle.
We appreciate your patience. In the meantime, please make these changes on your Zwift profile web page, or as Ian noted, in the Workouts tab in-game

I don’t see FTP on the profile web page. Just name, gender, age, height, weight. Is that supposed to be there?
You’re right per usual. FTP is done in-game using Ian’s method.
