Can’t see leaderboards!

I don’t know what I’ve done but the leaderboards for segments aren’t coming up any more. I’ve tried both always and auto settings and neither seems to make any difference. Any ideas as to what else I can try please?

Press the button indicated (or the equivalent button in the Companion App) a couple of times and all should be well.
