Hi! I we just received our zwift run pod yesterday and I can’t seem to get it to come off the attachment. When we took it out of the box we couldn’t get it to unclip. We followed the instructions and I’m turning pretty hard and it isn’t coming off. I don’t know if I should twist it harder because I don’t want to break it. Please let me know if anyone knows how to fix this.

Yep! I had my dad try too, no luck. We’re getting a replacement, Eric min said that it is likely a defect.

I’m getting the same problem as you
I’ve tried to turn it clockwise and anti-clockwise but it doesn’t move at all and i don’t want to break it…
How did you manage to solve this problem ?
Or is there someone else to help me ?

I ended up being able to get it out by using something to hold the base in place while I turn the top. If it isn’t ruined, try using the box that it came with.
