Can’t pair Bryton SPD/CAD to IOS app and Windows Laptop

Hi,

I can’t seem to pair my SPD CAD Bryton Sensor in my IOS app and I also tried pairing it using Windows Laptop but it wasn’t able to show in the search.

My sensor is like the SunDing sensor like. Kindly assist me. Thanks
