Can‘t log in when connected via mobile hotspot

Since yesterday i can’t log in on Zwift and the Companion app when I’m connected via mobile hotspot. I sometimes can log in on the ipad after restarting the ipad and iphone. On the PC it’s impossible to log in. Is this a known bug?

I can’t recall anyone else mentioning problems like that recently. First thing I would try is turn on a VPN on the PC to tunnel your traffic beyond your cellular carrier and see what happens. I have my doubts about this being any kind of Zwift bug at all, but the game does require a variety of open ports that are occasionally blocked by ISPs and a VPN would circumvent that, so it might be worth testing.

So I think the most likely reasons are either (1) the ISP blocking something, or (2) a problem with the hotspot device itself
