There have been several reports of users not seeing their calories added to their progress for the 10,000 calorie mission.
Please review the following:
Check that you are on the latest game version of Zwift
You are not logging into multiple devices during one session
There were no issues upon saving and quitting
This issue is on our radar, but unfortunately we do not have any leads on what is causing it at the moment. While we’re actively investigating, we may not have chance to fix before the end of the mission on the 31st.
If you have done the full 10,0000 calories and this is not showing in your progress, please submit an inquiry with screenshots of your calorie totals. While we do not have an entitlement tool to manually add badges just yet, we may be able to do so in the future.
