Cadence +Power Meter

I’m using a Pioneer power meter. While I use the PM with my Pioneer computer I see my Wahoo Candance is lower. I believe my computer is correct:

1. Bluetooth on/ANT off
2. how do you pair the Power meter to Wahoo screen
   3)And how do you change to ANT mode
