Some kind of warning if cadence goes below a threshold. A reminder to change gears. I have a sore knee. Perhaps a way to turn it off though at a certain hill incline as one might run out of gears
Cadence is already on the screen. Could you not just look at that for a reference?

If you’re recovering from injury and want to avoid stressing the joint, I recommend putting the Trainer Difficulty setting at zero so you can pedal steady on all terrain.
You can also use a cycling computer to set alerts for some metrics. For example:

You can also configure cadence alerts in Zwift workouts. That would be another way to manage the resistance changes on climbs as well.
