Cadance in Training plan

Only in the ‘build me up’ plan is the cadence applied regularly.
Almost never at Grand fonde.
Which cadence do you use during zone 2 and higher. And what cadence during the recovery between the intervals?

In general I would say slow the cadence down a bit for recovery 80 - 85 seems to be the norm (from build me up plan). As for other zones it can vary depending on your goals and overall training. Slowing the cadence down to 60 -70 during harder intervals will help build strength for example.
