I uninstalled the CA on my tablet to re-install it, now it seems I’m not able to get it again on this device.
Any ideas?

what operating system does your tablet have? zwift killed off a few older OSs so might not be able to use it anymore.
Zwift stopped supporting CA on the Apple Newton years ago

Its a oldish Huawei tablet, and the message says this device is not compatible with this device.
In the any way to recover the uninstalled version?

You need to be running Android 9.0 or higher. Some Android devices can be updated with a custom ROM to replace the factory operating system, if Huawei have not released an Android 9.0 ROM for your hardware. Availability would depend on exactly which model you have.
