Build Me Up: Week 8

I am doing the Build Me Up training plan and just finished Week 7 (which was a hard one!).

Week 8 is a recovery week but the Bricolage 2-hour workout is long and has a high TSS. When in the week should I do it? The other 2 workouts are easy peasy.

I am resting on Monday, so if I do Bricolage Tuesday, I would get Wed to Mon as basically recovery in prep for Week 9 which looks deadly.

Or should I be taking more recovery before doing Bricolage? Say, do it on Thursday or Friday?


I did it early in the week and thought of it as the last workout of the preceding block.
