Build me up training plan

Hi. I am in New Zealand and wanted to know if the workout start dates are based on US time? If so what time standard? I am about to start week 8 (Tuesday morning NZ time/ Monday US time). There are only 3 training sessions in week 8 but two of them say do by Monday evening (the fact they are still there gave rise to the above time question). Does this mean I have to do two training sessions in one day? I have never missed a session to date so unsure what happens if I do. Cheers, Steven.
