I don’t know what the reason is, but sometimes in group rides I will say completely blank messages from rirders - i.e. a blank/plain white speech bubble.
Is this a language/character support issue??
Yes. Emojis aren’t supported on screen (they are in the Companion app). Likewise there are various non-English characters that don’t show up.
It’s only 2021 though.

Another example is chinese language appearing as a bubble if the main language chosen is english.

Still getting this issue 18 months on. Any plans to fix this? Do you need a screenshot of this, Zwift support? Its very common, seems like Zwift just needs to add font/resource packs for all languages to all distributions. It doesn’t matter if people can’t read korean/chinese/whatever, it should at least be made clear that’s what’s being written, and not just see a blank message.
