Quite new to ZWIFT, just wanted to pick your brains, as you can see by the attached Image I am having a little trouble connecting all the Bluetooth items required. I can connect the following: power source, Resistance Cadence, But then its either the heart rate monitor or the handle bars I have to choose as I get the box pop up with device limit showing. I have tried connecting through ZWIFT companion all connects but the heart rate monitor shows as connected but with no reading/no signal.
You really need to say what devices you are using to run Zwift and what model of sensors. The general Bluetooth limit for simultaneous devices is 7. But that can vary, AppleTV is limited to 3 (and 1 of those is its own remote). Some PCs also support less than 7 but they are becoming exceedingly rare.
[And another thing sometimes missed is that some devices limit the number of Bluetooth pairings that they can store, a separate limit from the number that can be in use at the same time.]
Hi Mark firstly thanks for the reply I have a Garmin HRM and am using an Apple TV box to connect with (the latest one) I am thinking the Apple TV is the demon here?
ThanX
Apple TV limits you to two BT devices.
A way around this is to use the Zwift Companion App as a bridge.
Just highlight “pair through phone” and go from there.
