Bluetooth broke with update [September 2021] [1.17.0] [Windows10] [SOLVED]

For those just now finding their way to this thread - we have a second solution we’d like to offer.

Please use this method if you haven’t already tried the one upstream.

  1. Download the file called BleWin10Lib.dll from Zwift’s box.com account.
    (As @Dave_ZPCMR noted below - your browser may give you warnings about an unsafe download. This is a file coming from ZwiftHQ, so it can be trusted.)

  2. Save that (and overwrite the existing file of the same name) in
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Zwift

  3. Reboot your computer

  4. Start Zwift and verify if you can see the trainer’s BLE signal.

Please let us know if this second solution worked for you. This is an either/or situation. Please do not try the second method if you’re already done the first.
