blue tooth drops out

Hi we are new to Zwift and unfortunately at the moment, we will be riding along, when suddenly our rider pulls over and stops because it has lost the connection via blue tooth, we have now ordered a ant and dongle which is on its way to us but in the meantime we are not able to utilise our free trial as we would like.
