Which version of the Nvidia driver?
Was just updated the other day. I’ll need to have a look tomorrow.
Could try that. Would need a steer on another route.
“The Big Ring” should do that as well, you can also try “The Grade” and do not go up the big hill, instead ride towards the jungle.
The Grade should be a quick way to get where you need to go. You might need to do a few manual turns to avoid going up the hill.

I would try rolling back the driver to the version provided by Microsoft. I have not seen this issue before with an Nvidia GPU so I don’t know if that will help, but Zwift doesn’t get any benefit from running latest Nvidia drivers.
