Blood flow break

I’d love the option during lower wattage/resting periods during a workout to have a “blood flow” break without being penalized or dealing with erg mode reactivating appropriately. For example, even on something like the SST (Med) during 50% FTP it would be nice to be able to stand for a few seconds.

I’m in the middle of swapping saddles non-stop but realizing maybe it’s something inherent in trainer based rides because of the stationary nature.

Am I alone in this idea?

Would hitting Workout Pause on the Zwift Companion app do what you need?

Or stand up and keep pedalling? I stand every 5 minutes for 10 seconds. Most of my rides are workouts. Doing this doesn’t affect the workout or ERG mode.
