BLE broken?

After this morning’s update, I couldn’t get BLE to work any more–neither native Windows 10 BLE nor ZCA bridge. My devices would pair, but then they would say “No Signal” across the board. Anyone else having BLE issues? (It could also have been the Microsoft patch Tuesday update this week.)
