Bias in workout report

Is there any way to tell in the workout report if I increased or decreased the bias? This would be helpful, if I wanted to repeat the workout and see my improvement or work at an increased bias.


The problem is that you can adjust it up and down at will throughout the workout, and there’s also no straightforward way to track what your FTP setting was at the time you did the workout, @Anna_Iannuzzelli .

The only workout for which I’m particularly interested in tracking my completion record is The Gorby, and I often tweak the bias to give myself a hard finish, so I make a record of this in my Strava activity notes (although it could be borne out by interrogating the power graphs).

You could, of course, use a record of screenshots to piece together what bias you used for various parts of the workout.
