I just started put so this might be a question more about training than zwift. By the first test in this program asks you to get cadence to 90-100. I use a smart trainer. So, using ERG mode I felt I needed to change gears to get this cadence, does this sound right, or should I have waited for it to adjust automatically. If I kept cadence at this level when I was supposed to reduced watts in a rest period, it would be way too high, so I can’t see what to do other than than change gears?
Also, as a secondary, why cadence 90-100 (I usually ride at about 80) - presumably this is part of the training program?
