Basecamp workout sunglasses

The sprint workouts are bad on my knees. Does sitting in the gate for the workout count towards getting the glasses? haha :stuck_out_tongue:

Just turn the workout percent down or decrease your FTP by 30 watts before doing the workouts.

I turned the percent down because there is no way Iā€™m doing over 600 watts for 15 seconds with one leg much weaker than my other one.
