Avatar not responding, computer is correct spec

I have a MacBook Pro laptop, which meets swifts optimal spec, and brand new wahoo speed and cadence sensor. Zwift loads up on laptop, and everything looks okay until you start pedaling and the Avatar does not respond.

Any ideas of how to fix it?

Can you take a picture of your screen with the devices paired.

This will give us a starting point.
