Avatar in constant sprint position

Hi
I have the above problem and cannot seem to resolve it. I’ve re loaded the app, forced an update, paired my trainer(elite direto) a number of times but the avatar remains permanently sprinting at all cadences. It does sit down if I freewheeling thougj and resistance change seems fine. Can anyone help?

Zwift recently changed the algorithm for an avatar to get into the ‘sprinting’ position when the rider is at double their FTP. So, if your avatar appears to be sprinting all the time my guess is that your FTP is set really low. To correct this go to the settings and update your FTP to something more realistic.
