My Zwift updated this morning to 1.83 and now my avatar does not peddle while I’m riding. I have power and cadence connected normally as usual. My avatar does move along, just doesn’t pedal any more. Everything worked fine the night before. I’m using a TaCX neo 2 with a Windows PC. I’ve never had an issue before. The only change is the 1.83 update.
This doesn’t help you, I know…

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I looked at your server logs and on your last session - a short 0.2 miler on Tempus Fugit - your PC was sill running game version 1.82 and has been since January 23.
In any event - if your avatar is moving along without the legs moving - I’d recommend a clean re-installation of the Zwift app. This support article will walk you through a more thorough removal of Zwift-related files than the standard Windows uninstall procedure.
Please try that, then download the latest game version here. It includes Zwift Launcher v 1.1.3, which is also newer than the launcher version you’re using now. Would you let us know if that solves your avatar’s misbehavior?
