Avatar customisation

Is there any scope for being able to make any jersey in the game long sleeve? Maybe have a slider like the socks do to be able to adjust between short sleeve and long sleeve, to add some more variation to the jerseys and avatars.

Also any chance of tattoos? A lot of cyclists have tattoos to add yet more customisation

Maybe the triathlete types would have no sleeves as well.
