I’ve just bought a new video card for my PC (AMD 9070XT). I’m just wondering if it is a software problem from Zwift, or a hardware problem.

Based on your screenshot, it looks like the avatar reflection issue in the garage matches similar reports we’ve seen in the past, where a specific geometry glitch on the avatar was resolved in newer game versions. I noticed you’re currently on version 1.103.0; could you try updating Zwift to version 1.104.3 and let us know if that clears things up?
To help rule out whether this is a Zwift-specific issue or something related to your new GPU, could you also test a few other games or apps that use the graphics card? If you notice similar visual distortions elsewhere, it might point to a hardware or driver issue.
