Auto Weekly/Monthly Targets

I have a garmin smart watch and it has a daily steps target, you can set this to auto and it increases and decreases based on your previous days highest counts.

this would be good to have on zwift. So if you set it to 5 hours a week and you do 5.5 hours one week it then sets it to be 5.75 for the next week or if you set a 30 mile a week target and you do 40 miles one week it increases for the next week, if you miss the target a few weeks it then decreases is on so on.
