I’m new to Zwift and I participated in the eFondo this morning, and I absolutely loved it! I had been doing some reading on the challenges in the game, such as the Everest challenge. I wasn’t able to find out how to get the challenge to work until after my rides were over and I was tinkering with the interface. Unfortunately it is showing that I am at 0/29,000 feet (ish) and the eFondo I did had a 4400+ ft elevation climb.
Is there a way to retroactively apply the elevation gain? I would have set Everest as my current challenge had I known how to do it beforehand. This is just a rookie mistake I guess.
ThEre is no way to do this and it really wouldn’t be fair if it could be done. Keep climbing and you will complete it in no time. Make sure you keep doing the Everest challenge after completing it and you will get a cool bike.
Hey Paul, thanks for responding. I actually learned about the challenges from that page you linked. I wasn’t prompted to do any challenges at the start of my ride like it says, so I didn’t really know what to do.
I’ll consider the matter closed when a Zwift staff member responds officially.
Paul is correct. We currently don’t have a way to retroactively award lost progress (as much as we’d like to), no matter what the cause, as we simply don’t have an admin tool. Sorry I don’t have better news for you!
