I’ve tried replacing my HRM battery. It connects to my bike computer and to my laptop. But Zwift on AppleTV can’t find it. The little bluetooth icon in the upper right corner just spins and spins. I made sure my phone and all other devices were out of the room. (To be sure that the HRM wasn’t connected elsewhere and also to ensure that the AppleTV wasn’t looking for other devices.). I’ve tried unplugging the AppleTV. And I’ve tried logging out of Zwift and logging back in. I’m out of ideas.

I suggest you test your heart rate monitor with the manufacturer on your Apple TV to check if it connects correctly outside of Zwift. Alternatively, consider using Zwift on another device to see if the issue is unique to Apple TV. Additionally, ensure that your Apple TV is completely updated to the latest software version.
