That’s ok - I spent 5 hours trying to fix it on Friday night and am feeling your pain. It’s definitely a Zwift software issue ---

Seemingly since the last update, Zwift is only showing up in a quarter of the screen. Using Apple TV and I don’t have the issue with any other apps on the device. Tried resetting, restarting, etc I don’t see the screen scaling menu anywhere that the other older posts reference. This is a Zwift bug that affects 720p HD Ready TVs when you’re running Apple TV. There is a workaround mentioned in the earlier comments, but it doesn’t seem to help everyone. You should file a support case so they understand that you are affected by this bug, and if you have access to a different display, like a 1080p TV or a computer monitor, that would probably work around it as well. ---

Appreciate the conversation here. I have the same issue. Everything else runs full screen I will submit a bug report to Zwift. ---

After days finally Zwift support (or most likely a bot) send me an email with the suggestion to change the HDMI cable… I´m very dissapointed in the moment ---

another one with this problem, since latest update. Apple TV, and SOny TV is only HD Ready so can’t do 1080 so is stuck at 720. Pinged Zwift support to get them moving on this ---

It seems that some 720p HD Ready TVs can downscale a 1080p input, but not all of them can do it. Anyone with this problem should certainly try setting 1080p on the Apple TV, but understand that it might not go anywhere. ---

The strange thing is, that Apple TV can set any solution on my Tvs without this issue. But Apple TV dont even show me the menue were you could change the solution when its connected with the TV who has the issue. ---

my TV says “out of range” for 1080p if I set that on apple so no joy there. (I did take the appleTV inside and try another 4K TV which works fine I’m not allowed my bike in that room!) ---

Hello all, We’re investigating this at Zwift HQ. It seems to be very similar to [this issue reported back in 2019](https://forums.zwift.com/t/apple-tv-13-only-using-lower-left-corner-of-screen/108637) which occurred for folks using 720p displays after updating to tvOS version 13. I’ll share any updates or helpful workarounds as soon as they become available. ---

same issue for me on a toshiba 720p and running zwift theough apple tv. apple tv will not allow a force choose of 1080p and defaults back to 720 ---

Same issue here with an older Samsung tv on 720p running the app through Apple TV. The issue has been logged with support. Hopefully they get a fix for this out soon!! ---
