I don’t know if this is your issue,or if you’ve already tried this, but I found this online: To fix a Toshiba TV that displays an app or the entire home screen minimized into a tiny window in the lower left corner, you need to perform a **full system restart or a hard power cycle**. This is a known resolution bug that frequently impacts Toshiba Smart TVs (especially those running Fire TV or Android software). Turning the TV off with the remote only puts it into standby mode, which fails to clear the system glitch. ---

I tried several things, nothing fixed the problem. After another two days, I think the problem could be that Apple TV automatically switches down to 720p (but why?!?!) and this leads to the small scree in the left corner. When I want to switch the solution up to 1080p, Apple tells me, that it went back to the old solution. Another strange thing is, that when this TV is connected with the ATV there is no possibility to change the aspect ration, wich is normally under the video settings?!? With all my ather TVs I can do this and fix the problem, as the small screen in the lower, left corner appears there too.?!? Change ration and full screen. And all that after the reinstall of the Zwift app. Now I hope Zwift support will answer soon. Have a nice one! ---

Let us know how this works out. I have exactly the same problem since yesterday. zwift logo is fine then switches to small screen left corner. I have apple tv and an old samsung 32” 720p. Rebooted everything reinstalled zwift, same problem. ---

This is an identified graphic scaling bug introduced in our latest application release that specifically conflicts with older 720p HD-Ready television resolution profiles on tvOS platforms. Because the initial launch animation triggers a universal aspect ratio check that scales perfectly, the application client encounters a resolution mismatch immediately afterward when loading the 3D rendering pipeline, causing the entire in-game interface to shrink down to a fraction of its intended size. To temporarily bypass this layout error while our engineering team develops a hotfix, you can force the client to recalculate its grid coordinates by going into your Apple TV native system menu. Navigate to Settings, select Audio and Video, open the TV Resolution tab, and manually force the output resolution profile to 1080p SDR or 1080p HDR rather than leaving it on “Auto” or “720p”. Once you have locked the Apple TV system to a 1080p output signal, force-close the Zwift application by double-tapping the TV button on your Siri remote, swipe up to clear the background cache, and relaunch the app; your older Samsung display should automatically downscale the incoming 1080p signal to fill the complete physical viewing boundaries smoothly. ---

I have the same porblem. But the bypass is not possible with my TV. When I try to choose 1080p SDR or 1080p HDR a message appears after some seconds that tells me that ATV puts the seolution on your TV back. With my older, smaller TV the bypass works as I already wrote here. Do you know when that hotfix will be available? ---
