Apple TV - Tacx - Connection Issues

I am using the Zwift app on Apple TV and connecting a Tacx Neo bike to it.

  • Sometimes it works without issues.
  • Sometimes it only stays connected for a few seconds.
  • And today, it didn’t work at all. At first, it connected, but then I got a “no signal” message on the screen.

I tried connecting via the companion app, but this didn’t work either.

Then I opened the Zwift app on my iPad and streamed the screen to Apple TV. That worked without any issues, but it’s not what I want.

Are there any (new) issues known with the Zwift app on Apple TV? Any hints are welcome.
