I would like to report a problem I am having lately.
Start to roll normal, with all the people who are currently connected, but suddenly everyone disappears, and uninstall, reinstalled and the same thing continues.
Do you know anything about this?
The problem is that I end up rolling only on the map on which it is.
This is more than likely cause by a drop in your WiFi or Internet connection.
Have you tried restarting your modem and router to see if that resolves the issue?

Since the iphone does not happen to me.
Only from the apple tv.
At the end of the training the work is perfectly loaded.
I have restarted the modem.
What I don’t try is to use it from the LTE of the cell phone.
I could do that test to confirm this problem
Although it seems strange to me.
Your ISP could have some ports blocked or on your router you don’t have the necessary ports open, see this thread: Document required ports used by Zwift
You may also want to ‘force quit’ the Zwift app after each session, so that it starts fresh for your next outing.
When I get home I’m going to check this, but I’m sure I don’t have any blockages, allow allow any any;)
I check it when I get home and comment on how it went
I always close, and turn off the apple tv
