AppHangTransient during long ride Windows 10

During the last two rides that I’ve done over three hours the Zwift app hangs and doesn’t recover. Below is all I can find from the event viewer. Any thoughts?

Please post up the specs of the PC/laptop that you’re running Zwift on.

Sure thing. Its a Lenovo Flex Pad 5. And I said Windows 10 but its windows 11.
Storage is 500GB with 370GB free
Here are the other specs:
|Edition|Windows 11 Home|
|Version|23H2|
|OS build|22631.4460|
|Experience|Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1047.0|

|Processor|AMD Ryzen 7 7730U with Radeon Graphics 2.00 GHz|
|Installed RAM|16.0 GB (13.9 GB usable)|
|System type|64-bit operating system, x64-based processor|

These are causing wide spread crashing, likely causing the issues you are having.

Well, it happened again today. It’s an interesting, almost philosophical question… is it the application or the processor that is at fault in the issue. Unfortunately I can’t say. Sadly this means I will have to stop using Zwift.

Zwift engineering is looking into fixing it. You should not have to do anything. They have not said when a fix is coming.

Thanks for the follow up. Maybe I’ll try again after a few months.
