Is there a way to get Zwift to update my Apple Watch activity rings automatically if I am driving Zwift from my ipad? I use the companion app on my iPhone while riding but it’s not showing today’s ride in activities.

In your Apple Health account you can enable Zwift data. Personally I link my Zwift to Strava and Apple Health gets my activity data from Strava.
You see it pull it in? I’ll have to double-check Strava.
Yes, all my workouts from Wahoo and Zwift go to Strava and my activity rings update automatically.
