I have a PC with windows 10 and the Ant PLus Blue Giga Dongle is being recognized via device and drivers but is not working. It says i have the most current driver but still not having any luck. any suggestions?
@Michael_Horwitz is the dongle plugged straight into a USB port on the computer? Is it a laptop or desktop? If the dongle is far from your trainer and other sensors you can get interference, if possible Iād suggest buying a USB extension cable you can run from your computer so the dongle can sit right next to your trainer to limit potential interference.

It is a laptop and it is 5 inches away so not sure what to do.
I am puzzled with this as I have a smart trainer and a current laptop and yet it will not read the driver or pair
