Ant+ for Tacx Vortex-$24.99 vs $96.42

I noticed that I can buy a CooSpo USB Ant+ from Amazon for $24.99 but the Tacx product is $96.42. I had a cheap Ant+ before (misplaced it) and it worked fine. What does the Tacx product deliver that is superior to justify costing 4x more?
